Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or earlier before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund or a full credit for a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking are ineligible for a refund.
No-shows/failures to arrive are considered a “same-day” cancellation and therefore are ineligible for a refund.
Cancellations made by Pronghorn Expeditions due to weather or other adverse conditions are eligible for a full refund or a full credit towards a future booking.
